It’s May’s Book Club review marking the 7th month of my neighborhood & virtual book club! Thank you all for joining me on this fun reading adventure. I’ve loved getting to know my neighbors, as well as reading some great books. I hope you have, too. Well… not so much meeting my neighbors :P
As you guys know, J & I don’t have kids yet, but that has never stopped me from acting like one whenever I see anything Corgi related. From pillows to socks to pajamas to coffee mugs, I fangirl hard each time I see something new. Along with Corgis, I also enjoy large glasses of wine, cooking, and especially reading. When Incorgnito Publishing Press reached out to me to help spread the word about their new “Corgi Bits” series Theodore and the Enchanted Bookstore, I jumped at the opportunity.
It’s April’s Book Club review! I want to give a shout-out to my cousin for recommending this book for my book club. (Waving at you, N!) It was Reese Witherspoon’s Book Club pick of September 2018 and Reese is now producing the movie! This is the second book we’ve read in the club with plans of movies in the future.
Welcome back and thank you for bearing with me as I catch up on a couple months’ worth of book reviews for y’all. I’m sitting in Starbucks enjoying my drink of choice, a Skinny Vanilla Latte, while I share my thoughts on March’s book: An American Marriage by Tayari Jones. (Like always, if you didn’t catch my previous post about how my virtual book club works, please click here, and then come back!)
This delayed monthly book club post brought to you by life.
Welcome to the 4th month of my blog’s Virtual Book Club and the 6th month of my real-life Book Club! I know we’ve gotten off track a bit, but bear with me as I catch you guys up. (Like always, if you didn’t catch my previous post about how it works, please click here, and then come back!)
Welcome to the third month of my (real-life) book club and my blog’s Virtual Book Club!
(Like always, if you didn’t catch my previous post about how it works, please click here, and then come back!)
It’s been a tad bit longer between our two book club meetings due to holiday schedules. The club decided to give ourselves
I actually was scared opening up my blogging portal for the first time in literally 1 month… The guilt of neglecting my little space of interweb is real. Whether people read it or not, I feel like there’s been so much going on in my life that I want to talk about, but then on the other hand, there hasn’t.
